This past week we had some trees cut down on our property. Some were dead, others were in danger of falling on our house (like this one in the pic.) The boys thought that it was SO cool and watched Ted and Jerry (our lumberjacks) climb the trees and cut them down. Ryan had them leave some wood so that he can teach the boys to split logs. I am not entirely sure why he feels that he needs to do this since we are on propane out here, but for some reason he feels this is a skill every boy should have???
