Mom and dad came for a visit between Halloween and Thanksgiving and while they were here mom thought it would be a good idea to buy a gingerbread house kit to make in December. Only, she didn't take into account that I have a three year old who thinks that when you say December is coming soon you mean like in two minutes! He has stared starry eyed at that box for the last month and a half. Literally every day since we got it he has had me get in down for him while he eats and put the box on the counter right in front of him (like you know when you read the cereal box) he even went so far as to slightly tear the box one day right before Thanksgiving which then I was like "oh no mister, we are done here". Well...December is finally here and for the first FHE in the month we made the stinking gingerbread house. He was completely and totally thrilled with the whole process. He was even a good sport when Ryan and the boys gave him gum drop nipples and a frosting smiley face belly. He is seriously going to get you guys someday!

Wow! You have done some serious catching up! I love all the pictures but the one of AJ as the gingerbread boy take the cake!
