AJ GOES TO THE DENTIST

A.J. had his first dentist appointment this month. He was so cute and could not have been happier that his hygienist (Rodger) had on superhero scrubs that matched almost exactly to his super hero sweat shirt! He loved getting his teeth "brushed" with the strawberry toothpaste and did a great job of opening his mouth for the water and the "sucky straw". I know it's weird that we take our kids to the dentist since I am a hygienist and their dad is a dentist but for some reason they do better in someone elses chair. Plus they would simply die if they did not receive the bag stocked with all sorts of cool kid dental supplies and a toy AND a Popsicle which they get all of the above at their dentist. No wonder the older boys are always asking when their next dental appointment is.
